I love Swirl dresses. They are all cut exactly the same - they have one button at the back neck and then they wrap at the back to close. Sort of like an extended apron mixed with a dress. This leaves the front unbroken and allows you to cinch or loosen as you please. They are always done in those perfect crisp cottons one only finds from this time period. The only thing that changes from dress to dress is the print and sometimes the design element at the neck. Girls are mad for them and there are die-hard Swirl collectors out there! If you are one you probably just died a bit when you saw this one. It is very pretty - A quaint little village is laid out scene by scene and the print adorns every inch. The skirt has adorable flat pleats along the hip so that it has extra fullness and it has the best pockets ever! It is charmingly, perfectly wonderful. Excellent condition!
